1 lb ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 can tomato sauce (no salt added)
1 TB dried oregano
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add meat, onion, and garlic, and cook until the meat is browned, stirring to crumble.
