TEMP: If 400 or 425 in sea level recipe, reduce by 25.
FLOUR: Add 1.5-2 rounded Tablespoons per cup
SUGAR: Subtract 2 teaspoons per cup
LIQUIDS (not oils): Add 1.5 - 2 Tablespoons per cup
BAKING POWDER/SODA: INDENT while leveling (reduce)
EGGS: Only use large-extra large eggs - add an egg for old recipes, to retain liquid
