• 1 pie crust dough
  • 6 medium-sized Granny Smith apples, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons wildflower honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 425°F.

Unroll pie crust. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle approx. 1 TB of it on top of pie crust.

Arrange apple slices around it like wheel spokes. Sprinkle slices with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Bake 30 minutes or until apples are tender and crust lightly browned.

Mix the honey and vanilla and microwave for about 30-40 seconds until fully liquid. Glaze the whole thing with it and serve warm.
