  • 11 oz white chocolate morsels
  • food coloring
  • Frosting
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 8 oz (1 pkg) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • heaping 3/4 cup rainbow chips
CHIPS

1. Melt white chocolate using preferred method
2. Add food coloring
3. Leave in fridge for 10 minutes to set
4. Chop into tiny pieces.

NOTES: Can be made several days in advance.

FROSTING

1. Mix butter and cream chese with whisk attachment until fully combined.
2. Add sifted powdered sugar in increments.
3. Add vanilla extract and whip until fluffy.
4. Fold in rainbow chips.

NOTES: Not cream cheese frosting. It is a tangy buttercream frosting.
