6 oz cream cheese; softened
6 tb butter; softened
2 1/4 c powdered sugar
3/4 ts vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup milk
3 large eggs
3 cups finely grated raw carrots
1/2-1 cup chopped pecans
Grease and flour a 9 X 13 X 2" pan. Preheat oven to 350 F.
