• 3 c rolled oats
  • 1 2/3 c mixed nuts (pecans, almonds, cashews, etc), chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 c dried fruit of choice (optional)
  • 1/4 c dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 c + ~2 tb honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tb cooking oil
Combine all ingredients, with the last ingredient always being the cooking oil.

Pour onto a cookie/baking sheet/cake pan and spread relatively thin all across it.

Bake at 325 for ~ 20 minutes, stir every 10 minutes or so, until golden brown. If done DO NOT STIR to allow for chunks.

Let cool without touching it for at least an hour and a half to allow for chunks.
